You will bring 1 Shakespearean monologue (in verse) that you would like to work on over the 2 sessions and apply what you learn in lessons to the text. You do not need any prior Shakespeare experience, just your curiosity, playfulness and and a desire to learn.
A series of two practical in-person workshops (3 hours) for groups of 12-14 actors.
Tue 18 and Tue 25 August 2026 at Old Diorama - (6:30-9:30pm)
Expert Guidance: Led by an experienced actor workshop leader and acting coach with 25 experience with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Shakespeare’s Globe, Almeida Theatre and set for Andor (Disney +).
Inclusive & Supportive: Every actor gets involved, shares ideas, and learns from the group
Practical & Creative: Focused on real acting challenges and creative growth
Venue Information
This course takes place at: Old Diorama Arts Centre, Regent's Place, 201 Drummond Street, Triton Square, London NW1 3FE. The studio is a 5 minute walk away from Great Portland Street, Warren Street, London Euston or Euston Square.
