Each actor will be offered a selection of sides to learn and read during the group workshop with Gemma.
You will then perform your sides, one by one, and receive feedback and redirection.

Gemma has been a casting director for over 20 years, working on projects spanning television, theatre and film. Taking a temporary step away from casting, she has been concentrating on running a nationwide workshop project for BBC Studios Drama Productions, as well as providing acting coaching for groups and individual actors.
Television credits include four series of Silent Witness, and the award-winning Don't Take My Baby, Our World War and Glasgow Girls as well as international projects for Warner Bros and Sky Arts. With Sam Stevenson, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for their work on the BBC 1 adaptation of Emma.
Gemma's work in theatre includes many productions with Peter Hall, Howard Davies, Thea Sharrock, Blanche McIntyre, Adam Penford, Simon Godwin, Madani Younis & Melly Still.
Most recently, she worked in-house at BBC Studios Drama Productions, casting Casualty, Father Brown, Shakespeare & Hathaway and Sister Boniface Mysteries.
