Casting Intensive

Have you done one of workshops and feel like you want to take your acting development to another level? Or perhaps you want more time with a casting director to really hone in on your actions and acting choices.

Leila Ali (Adolescence, Netflix) will take you through 3 rounds of self-tape feedback - with scripts provided by Leila. The intensive will end with a feedback 1-to-1 and a chance to ask Leila questions about the casting process.

Schedule (please note the only session you need to attend over Zoom is the final session, the rest of the the intensive is written feedback. You will be invited to upload your self-tapes into Dropbox where Leila will provide written feedback)

Leila is a Casting Associate for Sonia Allam CDG. 

She joined Sonia Allam Casting in 2021 as a Casting Assistant after graduating from the very first cohort of the NFTS Casting Certificate course. During her time with Sonia, Leila has worked on various television productions such as 'Better' (BBC), 'Passenger', 'The Long Shadow' (both ITV) and the last three seasons of 'Brassic' (Sky) as well as upcoming TV shows 'The Blame' (ITV) and 'The Split Up' (BBC).

In addition to her work with Sonia, Leila has provided casting assistance to Shaheen Baig Casting on productions such as 'The Gallows Pole' (BBC) and, most recently 'Adolescence' (Netflix).
