Requirements to Take Part

To get the most from this intensive, you should have:

  • A Spotlight link/acting CV

  • A showreel

  • Examples of recent self-tapes

  • Friday 26th June Actors upload material (to Google Drive)

  • Sunday 5th July Feedback back due from host

  • Monday 6th July Zoom 1-to-1 session 6:15pm-9:00pm

As someone from a working-class background, Kristian takes great pride in his journey and accomplishments, including his role as Co-Executive Director of JAM. He holds a BA (Hons) in Acting from ArtsEd and is a recipient of the prestigious Stage One Bursary.

Kristian began his career as an actor before making a swift and intentional transition into representation. He started as a Talent Manager’s Assistant at Olivia Bell Management and 42 M&P, before moving into casting, where he worked as a Casting Assistant to Sue Needleman, Rob Kelly, and Andy Pryor.

Kristian is now the Lead Screen & Stage Agent at Michelle Blair Management, where he represents a carefully curated roster of established talent and emerging artists, supporting their development across both screen and stage.
