JAM Support
Since the pandemic put the UK into the first lockdown in March 2020, we've actively supported Actors where we can. From funds to monologue slams, we’re always trying to give back to Actors who need it the most. Find out more about the work we’ve done below
Agent Grad Scheme 2021
With 2021 already off to a tough start, we knew that our industry would once again have to go through immense struggle as theatres are re-closed, Actors lost jobs and 3rd year actors-in-training missed out on key opportunities such as showcases.
Therefore, we offered 76 free 1-to-1’s with agents who work for some of the biggest agencies in the UK. Each agent generously donated their time to provide actors with a 15-min 1-to-1 where Actors were invited to any ask questions they like - perhaps about writing to agents in their final year, or, how to approach agents after graduating.
Lindsay Kutner (StevensonWithers), Harrison Davies (42 Management), Sam Day (InterTalent), Hannah Wilkinson (Emptage Hallett), Perry Juby (Morwenna Preston), Ronan McCabe (Curtis Brown), Marvin Godfrey (Revolution Talent), Kristan Wall (42 Management), Oliver Campbell (BWH), Amy O’Neill (Thrive Talent), Max Latimer (JAG), Bex Elliff (CAM) and Steven Lewis (Paling & Jenkins) all donated their time to help us support 2021 Graduates.
JAM50 Fund
During the first weeks of the first UK-wide lockdown, JAM raised over £1000 for Actors and Creatives who had lost work through the entire industry shutting down. The money was distributed into £50 grants, with over 20 artists receiving support during one of the toughest times in recent history.

JAM Social Slam
In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, JAM knew how difficult it was for actors. As a company that delivers workshops for actors with some of the leading industry professionals, we wanted to offer even more.
Introducing the JAM Social Slam which invited 10 actors a week to take part in a live monologue slam and receive feedback from industry professionals.
Each week we invited a guest panellist to provide advice and feedback to each of the slammers until we were left with the top 3 from 4 rounds. In the grand final, we had 5 guest panellists and an incredible array of talent.
Our panellists were: casting directors Faye Timby, Amy Jackson and Ceri Bedingfield, agent Lindsay Kutner, assistant agent Oliver Campbell.
